At Hair for You, we strive to provide the best possible service and ensure that all our clients have access to their preferred appointment times. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling made after this time will result in a 50% charge of the booked service(s).
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the service fee and a non-refundable deposit will be required for any future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your appointment to fit within the remaining time.
Exceptions:
We understand that life can be unpredictable and in certain situations, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
